Could you literally write a book?

Do you have the time, dedication and patience for it?

Nope.

I prefer reading them.

I'm sure if I had a life changing experience or something else that really motivated me to write the book, and I was moved to write it, I'd be able to connect with it enough to write it. What I've noticed is that a lot of authors tend to over think things. Worrying about writing professional and just not really connecting with you in a normal manner. I'm reading a book at the moment that's just down to earth and it's stories from a normal person who writes about his life and walk with god, and how he achieved his walk. Anyone could of wrote that book, but he did and he didn't try to make it into anything that wasn't his writings. So yeah, anyone can if they want to. His book is a New York's best seller too.

Answer to the first question is yes. The answer to the second question is that I do not have the time to even try

I have ideas for books/stories. But I have a short attention span for somethings and writing is one of them.

I know that I could do it. But I tend to let it slide to the back burner. I'm hoping that with the re-write I'm doing for Lyconus Chronicles. It will be even better then the original.

Writing a book would not be something I would aspire to do until I was at least in my thirties. I really enjoy reading books, but I have to admit my eight thousand word essays for my college work is drab at times so I personally would not know if I could sit down and write a book with hundreds of pages.

I have written plenty of short stories some at which came to such great length they'd qualify as around one hundred and fifty or so pages if not far more, so yeah I think it wouldn't be to much of a challenge for me.

This basically. I have a short attention span, plus I am very fidgety by nature.
