This is big and predicted this when this insanity began. Businesses need to sue the shit out of local and state governments for what they have done.

Ahhh, another article from Gateway Pundit, "the Dumbest Site on the Internet".....that's all I need to know about it.

Well if you got something showing the court didn’t rule that way please show it. At least when I don’t like something from a certain outlet I show a counterpoint article.

That said, the lawsuit's a solution looking for a problem; the owners knew the rules when they signed the policy and now they're trying to get rich by claiming "shutdown relief"....

The unconstitutional shutdown are the problem and it’s a issue that definitely needs a solution so it never happens again.

Signed what policy? Nobody signed a policy to have their businesses shutdown, lives ruined by government.

So it shoulda' been "screw the pandemic, I'll do what I want"....that what you're saying?
First time in history civilization decided to ruin healthy peoples lives instead of protecting the vulnerable and old. So no! I want local governments that waste tax money and ignored peoples rights sued into bankruptcy. The way they willy nilly decided how big businesses could stay open and ruined small businesses was criminal and they need to be taught a lesson on so many levels.
