Court to decide if state can regulate video games

WASHINGTON -The Supreme Court, wading into a thicket of free-speech and children's rights issues, agreed Monday to decide whether California can ban the sale or rental of violent video games to minors.

Never going to happen. Too many politicians that have their money tied up in the gaming industry and they're not going to let people mess with their investments. It's the same reason why people in the US who are against the 2nd Amendment can't seem to pass any laws that illegalize guns.
