Personally, I don’t mind garlic and pesto cream cheese on my bagels.
 
Are you talking about the kind you spread on bread, the one used for baking, or maybe for making desserts?
Personally, I'm not too fond of cream cheese for a few reasons I mention many times, but it really depends on what it's used in
 
Cream cheese is delightful. I like it as a spread, in mashed potatoes, in dips, but especially in cheese cakes.
