Crime Close to home

Have you ever had any serious crime take place in your immediate neighborhood?

Other then what happened at the Mall a few weekends ago. None that I can remember in my area.

Nope, not in the neighbourhood anyway.

Not in my immediate area but a double homicide not far from where I live.

Where I used to live, there was a murder on my street.

Where I live now, there was shooting (nobody was killed) on the next street over and then a high speed chase with the police started..



That doesnt make me afraid for my safety though as usually people involved in those crimes are in a gang or did something to someone to make them become a target. I havent done anyone wrong so I dont have to worry about anyone getting revenge on me.

I guess I'm considered lucky. We don't live in a crime infested neighborhood. Which is something, as I've heard talk that our town as a whole is known as Drug Town USA. Sad, really.

Nothing really major has happened here besides a few robberies a few months ago...they hit up the laundromat and the Dollar General...that's the only crimes I know of. XD

Nothing serious that I know of, there is just a lot of drunk or unstable people here. *That can go for a lot of people though?* The bus stop is right outside my door so there is a lot of minor conflicts always going on like that every day! Fights is the farthest it has really went, which I hope it stays that way.

That sucks.. If there was a bus stop in front of a place I was interested in, I'd keep looking.

Yeah, we have this one kid on our street that's nothing but a thug. He broke into his neighbor's house and stole a lot of stuff and his car to go pick up some girl. He tried to fight my mom once, so we had to call the cops on him. So yeah, we have had a few crimes around here now that this thug's on our street.

I had a car chase end right across the street from me. The police then chased him down and tackled him across from my house. Made for interesting entertainment.
