As bad as it is it’s still healthier than your best loaf of bread that’s fill with genetically modified grains.I wouldn't take spam for free!
Anything can be bad for you, Serafin, if you partake too much of it.They are anything but. Almost nothing worse for you on the food shelves to eat. It’s the very cause of Americans health issues from heart attacks down to simple body inflammation.
Difference any amount of modern wheat is terrible for you unless you can find a few places in the world still growing ancient grains unmodified.Anything can be bad for you, Serafin, if you partake too much of it.
Hell, you don't even need GMO's.still growing ancient grains unmodified
That’s naturally, we have genetically changed ancient wheat so much to make it grow faster and larger it’s not even the same species anymore.Hell, you don't even need GMO's.
Just put two different strains of ancient grains next to one another; given enough generations, they'll intermarry like they were Appalachians brewing moonshine...
Still, odds are you put a GMO and non-GMO grain next to one another, what do you think will happen?we have genetically changed ancient wheat so much to make it grow faster and larger it’s not even the same species anymore.

What about keto bread? As bad as it is it’s still healthier than your best loaf of bread that’s fill with genetically modified grains.
What about keto bread?
Never tried almond flour. Have tried almond milk in the past, though. We just strictly use almond flour now
Interesting, I didn't know that.Problem with keto bread is they use corn for a substitute and it just turns straight into sugar unlike almond flour. But it’s much easier to bake with in mass so they have done a great campaign to make think people it’s a great alternative. It’s not!

The chocolate almond milk is good, have you tried that? The wife likes almond milk I just can’t adapt to the taste even in coffee. I’ve given up a lot in food and drink but my milk is where I draw the line. I just use expensive whipping cream because it has the least amount of sugar. The more fat content the least amount of sugar.
Unfortunately they put sugar in the chocolate instead of something like Stevia or monk fruit sweeteners. The chocolate almond milk is good, have you tried that?
Maybe the brand you're buying, I am sure there is a low or no sugar option out there somewhere.Unfortunately they put sugar in the chocolate instead of something like Stevia or monk fruit sweeteners.
