I read from a post in one of the site I work on , that Russian government is on the verge of freezing accounts associated with cryptocurrency buying . They are instructing their citizens to stop buying cryptocurrency with cash .
This was believed will affect their currency .
If the Russian government suceeds in achieving this , it will affect alot of Rusian sites and free lancers .
What is your take on this issue ?

This is not just in Russia. In Croatia only few companies work fully legal. Also since crypto is not regulated fully many stores or business don't accept it so National Bank also don't recomend people to buy crypto since they can lose it on value and can't spend it. National Bank didn't freze many accounts yet but it did those related to scheme or some other scams related to crypto. Crypto is not regulated worldwide or atleast in mayor part of world so people must be very careful with it.

I wouldn't be surprised if something like this happens. There are still people in many places that don't trust crypto currency enough to use it.

Yea , I think that part of the reason for this , is that cryptocurrency has been associated with many Internet fraud , and at such , people don't feel that it is safe to invest in it .
