What do you think of the use of things like magnets or crystals in healing?

Is it effective or a load of BS?

Its a load of bull for sure. Unless the person really believes in it. Sometimes just your state-of-mind can improve situations. The mind is very powerful and if crystals and magnets help put you in the right head-space, then give it a shot I suppose.

I’m a strong believer in things like astrology which my website goes through and explains why as i have my reasons..

But as far as crystals that’s definitely a load of bunk

A little bit over the "woo-woo" edge for me.

...I wouldn't trust me to heal you.

Oh, right, those types. Yeah, no, most likely placebo effect type stuff.

I think it's a load, but the crystals are pretty, at least!

I had an old coworker who was into that kind of crystal healing stuff. She gave me a purple one that she said would absorb anxieties and told me to charge it with moonlight once a month. I didn't do that, but I kept it in my pocket for a while as a reminder that there are kind people in the world. So I think it ended up having the advertised effect.

It is funny to me that those crystal type people are right about one thing. Them crystals really do be vibrating at frequencies. This is the underlying mechanism of many modern clocks, including the clocks that make computers operate. When exposed to a voltage, quartz crystals oscillate clearly and reliably at frequencies we can use to keep time in our wristwatches and computers. Here is an excellent video explaining the idea, for the curious.
