What are you currently hiding from the people in your life?

That I'm unhappy.

That I have depression, and had a very traumatic childhood which involved a member of my family. And I am hiding scars.

I don't call it depression anymore, I call it emotional upset, have a look at this link http://www.emotionalhealthclinic.co.uk I have found this approach works better to put things back into perspective.

Whatever you call it, I've suffered silently for the past 15 years. I can talk to a point on here, no-one knows who I am.
I'll say a have it and have cut recently which I hate doing, but I won't tell people why.

Only a handful of people know that I identify myself as genderfluid; that I have both gendered clothing in my drawers and feel good in both at different times. My family would be extremely ashamed if they ever knew, so I try to keep it down around them. Other than that, I'll express myself to my friends and they accept me for it. There are only three or four that know in the real world, though. Most everyone that knows is online and finds it super cool.

I don't have it as bad as a lot of people, so there's nothing to really complain about. I just can't wait until I move out and can express myself in my own household.

I've felt the same way multiple times, but I open up to family, close friends, and doctors only about it generally.
