We've all had horrible customer service....tell us your bad customer service experiences!

Did you have a receipt? You don't mention one so that's probably why you had all those problems as you probably didn't have one and tried exchanging something without it which won't lead you to a successful exchange of anything.



If something is not in a bag then it's their job to make sure it's paid for. Just because you went through the lines doesn't necessarily mean you paid for it as a common trick to slip out the door without paying for stuff is to do walk through the register area but not actually pay for it. Also not everyone is going to be paying attention to every little thing that goes on in that part of the store so yeah that's why you got stopped.



Most of the day time staff are downright lazy outside of cashiers so don't expect all that much when it comes to customer service. I am not all surprised by the fact people are chit chatting when they should be actually doing something.



I work at a wal-mart on overnights for the past eight years so I know a lot about why and how things are done.

You must be referring to those people greeters as they still do have them at our store. I actually heard quite a few who feel shopping at night is a much better experience because they get helped quicker and less customers to deal with when shopping.
