what are your bad experiences with customer service?

we all have them. those times when we try and get help and we just get greef

I was in a music shop looking for a cd

I asked the woman do you have this?.

without looking, she said no

I said, but you've not even looked

and she replied: I don't need to, we don't fucking have it

funny thing was, I found it on the shelves and when I asked her what this was (showing her the case) she's like um..... I didn't see that.`

I will definitely report her to the shop owner, if she is not the owner. I have not had this experience and it hurts when you meet a sales person that is nonchalant.
