Do you have to take daily medication? If so, how many and what are they for?

I don't take daily medication. I do, however, take a multivitamin every morning.

I take vitamins every morning when I wake up. Sometimes I take ibuprofen for aches, pains and whatnot.

At the suggestion of my knee doctor I take double the recommended dose of Fish Oil and almost double the Glucosamine and Chondroitin. Which means two fishes and two of the other in the morning and then two and one at night. AND IT HAS BEEN WORKING!

The cardiologist suggested CoQ 10 and a regular aspirin, and I have been taking them for almost fifteen years now.

I think it's a good idea to take a B complex.

And the general public seems to be in favor of my taking an allergy pill every morning.

But I do not take anything that has to be filled by prescription except some Wild Turkey now and then.

50mg Primidone daily - Essential Tremor
1 tablet Methocarbamol 3 x daily

Thats it at the moment
