Absolutely, while some find "the one" and know it immediately, most need some experience before they understand who is right for them. It's best to date a bit, find out what other people are like to be in a relationship with, to spend time with, etc. If you find someone that makes you feel complete, that makes you feel good about yourself and makes you want to be a better person...that's your one.
