Defrag, does anyone do it anymore?

I don't think I've defragged my computer in years! Does anyone still do this?

It’s pointless and detrimental on an SSD.

Even with HDD’s, with technology, it’s not as necessary as before. It wouldn’t hurt, but you won’t notice a difference.

I used to defrag my computer years ago but will admit, I have not done it in a long time and never even think to do it anymore now. I can't say I have any issues in which I would need to do that now so it is not something I bother with now.

I defrag my computer before taking my classes online. In this way, the computer will work normally.
