i vote dlaptops, simply because i use one, i would've gone with desktop otherwise.

Voted laptop. Own one, use it a lot, and I purchased one with a full keyboard, therefore, the keys are decently spaced and it is no different from typing with any other desktop keyboard.

I'll take my big ole desktop anytime.

Both have their advantages. If you're carrying it around then you wouldn't want a desktop computer. But otherwise desktops are better in most ways.

Gaming on a laptop = epic fail.
