An employer has earned widespread admiration online after taking a striking stand against an artist who had allegedly mistreated one of her team members at her restaurant. A video that has since gone viral on the subreddit Amazing captures the powerful moment she retaliated in a dramatic fashion. In the footage, the woman is seen purchasing a piece of artwork by renowned artist Romero Britto for a hefty sum of $5,000 (approximately Rs 5 lakh), only to immediately destroy it right in front of him. The artist, clearly stunned, watches as his own creation is shattered.

I think the employer should have sucked it up. $5000 could buy a lot of food etc. so I see it as immoral, even if I admire her taking a stand. Do you agree?

I wouldn't do that. It's a stupid waste of money. There's a thing called "boycotting", where you just don't buy what they're selling and you encourage others to do the same.

What was the insult? The article doesn't show the video or even link to it, so does the guy tell the employee the worst kind of insult you can tell someone for that to happen? Was the employee being rude first? Like show the video or we're only getting one side of the story here.
