My PC is just a wee bit too old to run it.

I don't want to. I'm going to keep using this one for as long as it lives. It has a motherboard and a graphic card that supports Windows XP, so I can dual boot it and play old games that don't work on anything newer.

You could get an additional (new) computer and use that one just to play your nostalgia games. It would probably last longer if its not your main computer anyway.
