Since 10 days, I am getting messages now and then about that the "C" disk is full, now itself the message appeared on my PC screen. I have compressed some files and try to remove some files in my "C" disk, but I do not know which are important and which not important. There are files with similar name, I am not aware about system. Can any one guide me in this regard.

The biggest culprit is usually temporary files, but you might also have a virus that has filled your hard drive full of garbage.
