Do you apologize?

I say things I don’t mean and I apologize later

I have had the same issue. I try not to say things out of anger anymore. I really practice biting my tongue these days with the people I care about. Those things are often hard to undo and to fix once you blurt it out. Friends and lovers have made me pay for my words and sadly it's cost me more than I thought it would.

I've done that a few times, kind of hard to backtrack that though. The damage is already done.
