Do you ask for help?

Are you the type of person who never asks for help, even when you really need it? Or do you feel okay asking for help?

I often don't ask for help. I have this old habit of assuming that the answer will probably be no and that I have to handle it myself.

Financially, no, I don't ask for help. When it comes to other things, though, I'll reach out. Especially if there are things I just can't do without some help.
