But I have done it before, and will do it again, if it is the right time and place to do so.

Agreed. If I feel like whatever was done personally affected me and I feel it's necessary to say something I will but most of the time no. You never know how someone is going to react so you have to be cautious.
i just let them do their own thing, i dont like to snitch and dont want to be involved.
