When you really want something and this thing is out (like a new game, console, tech stuff, whatever) you need to buy it as soon as possible or you don't mind waiting for it? Same goes with anything else. I don't have any problem in waiting.
To be honest, I rather save the money and buy the product right away than using my Credit Card. In fact this was an immature problem that I had. I paid off my credit cards than canceled them.
Some times I don't buy at all for a long period of time if there are other things that I need to pay for like necessities, that being bills or what ever needs to be paid for first. If I have the money later down the road. I will buy it. But some times buying it right now can be a huge mistake for me and I could get behind and thats never fun.
