do you ever get offended by things that shouldn't offend you?

for some reason i sometimes get offended by people's opinions. usually when it has to do with games i really like or characters or whatever.



i was on a a suikoden forum and someone stated thier opinion about a type of character called a trickster, he also said that he doesn't like boomerangs.



and for some reason this post offended me even though he wasn't being mean about it or anything and he was only stating his opinion.



but this happens to me alot, i tend to get offended by peoples opinions.

It depends on the subject. My friends often joke a certain subject, but to me it is horrific. I don't want to be around people that say thing like that (even though it's not in the same context as I think)



One of them it self harming... the other I dont wish to say.

Once in a while--but I usually realize that the 'offending' thing is just the last in a long line of things that were irritating. Or I'm having a bad day or something.

I rarely get offended. Im a laid back guy.
