Do you invest in the local market in your country?

I have only invested in the local market of my country once, and I am not very interested in that market since it has been stagnant for about 10 years, I prefer foreign markets, do you invest in the local market of your country?

Being in North America, most of my money ends up in the US market via various mutual funds and ETFs. It's been badly outperforming Canadian markets.

I value my time more than I value my money - so anything that involves giving up my spare time to get more money holds absolutely zero appeal to me.
