Keeping fit is something that I consider as one of the ways that one can keep the mind and body fit. Do you believe in keeping fit and when last did you do any form of exercise?
 
no, I don't! I have been told to use the small weights and exercise.
 
Go to my local gym 2 or 3 times a week; do regular weights as well as cycle & running;
Also regular member at my local Boxing club.

Oh sweet. I did sign up at a gym but just never went to it and so cancelled
