Yes but sometimes (not always) there is a reason for that as I posted about above. Sometimes the experience is so traumatic that a person may not even remember it. Its called repressed memories.

Could be for some people, for myself, and i think for Sam too, it's just that we don't like people invading our personal space and touching us for no reason at all, not that we have been abused or in some way harmed that we don't like being touched for that reason.

I get what you're saying there Nebulous, I did some psychology in school too

But some people are just like that. Some people with dyspraxia are like it, just cause of the condition, not cause of any psychological reasons.

Getting touched is fine IMO. I'm not a closed person, otherwise people would see me like I have serious issues.

Not by anyone I don't know or barely know. Just don't do it.

If it's by family or really close friends, it's okay, but touches from acquaintances or strangers is really weird.
