Do you own a Nintendo Switch?

Yep, I have a Switch! It is the first Nintendo console I have ever owned. I do enjoy it quite a lot, I don't play it as much as when I first got it. Although there are a lot of games I want to play on it. There are a fair amount that I already own. I think I enjoy it a lot more than I expected too. Usually I just own Sony consoles and gaming PCs.

I don't even know the last time I played my Switch was tbh. I don't have a secondary income, so have been unable to buy any games at this time.

Same here, I need to play mine more.

I do still play mine little bits. Playing a level on Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity this morning. I tend to play games on PC more lately, although even then not as much as I would like. Life tends to like getting in the way.

Yeah, that is fair enough. They definitely do tend to be on the pricey side. Of all my platforms I think they are easily the most expensive and their specials don't tend to be as impressive either. Even buying games secondhand I find myself spending more than I would on other platforms.

I have always hated playing games on my smartphone, so when I had the opportunity to get a Nintendo Switch, I didn't waste any time. It turned out to be a very good decision because I'm loving it so much playing on it.

I got the Lite version of Nintendo Switch for my brother as his birthday present. He complained last week that it's overheating whenever he played for 2-3 hours with it. Does it happen with your own?

I hear the same complaint... I am not sure as I own the OG Switch and had no issues with it.

Same here. Although I don't play my OG Switch handheld, its always in the dock connected to the TV.

Late reply, but I know a guy who works at a GameStop I often visit, he owns seven Nintendo Switch consoles (he didn't specify which variants though) last time I've met him.

I own a Switch and my wife has a Switch Lite. I always play my Switch docked, while it's not my favorite Nintendo console (that's the Gamecube) I do enjoy the Switch! However if there's a game released on the Switch and PS5, I often get the PS5 version.

I'm too stuck in my ways... I enjoy PC gaming too much.
