When it comes to pre ordering video games, it's something that I don't rush into quickly because I have had a lot of bad experiences with doing that. I can't forget easily what happened with Cyberpunk 2077 in its release. So, I'm vert careful now with getting games on pre order. It's only The Last Of Us Part II that I got on pre order and I was very happy with it.

I use to but i don't have a the desire to pay 60+ for a game anymore when you can wait a few months and pick it up at half price.

Just certain games. Sometime a digital one if its something I'm super excited about. Physical I get if its something I really love or it comes with cool extras, or has a nice pre-order bonus.

Yeah I do the same. Certain set of games I replay like all the time. I know on my Switch I have like 400 hours I've played the Grandia HD Collection. Always seem to replay that, FFVII, and the Lunar games for Sega CD.Yes! I am in the exact same situation! Plaaaay. Its so good, but I always was a fan of that series. I was so excited when that came out. Played it a bunch of times since then. Got it in physical too from Limited Run.
