Do you prefer to lead or follow?

Really depends on the situation. Most of the time..if I know what I am doing..I prefer to lead. If I don't know what I am doing or if I don't care, I'll just tend to follow and let whoever wants to lead do most of the work.
I would rather lead than follow. Leading is taking charge and responsibility, which is what I prefer to do, because I can do it my way. I will follow though if I believe someone else is more suited to be a leader than myself.
Depends on the situation, but usually I prefer being in control. Only when I fear that I cannot lead well I tend to hand over leadership to someone else.
