Do you shower/bathe daily/nightly?

Do you shower or bathe daily or nightly? How about washing your hair? Is that done daily?

I shower every morning. Sometimes at night when I feel gross. I wash everything. I use Dove shampoo to wash my hair and my scalp and I use Dial bar soap to wash everything else.

I shower daily, but other than a soaking I only wash my hair twice in a week.

It is part of my self-care routine to take a bath every day. Since I am living in a tropical country, I need to do it.

I bathe two daily both morning and night. I can't go to bed without taking a shower I wouldn't be able to sleep well.

I shower in the morning. As I have oily hair, I shampoo my hair daily in summer, and every other day in winter.
