Lately I've been taking magnesium and vitamin C for muscle/tendon recovery and immune system boost. Sometimes I will take melatonin if I'm needing encouragement to wind down for the evening. Do you take any supplements?

No, I don't take any supplements.

I've started taking Vitamin D, since I've had a couple of friends recommend it.

It's supposed to be good for general wellbeing, as well as boosting the immune system.. Whether it actually does anything, even as a placebo affect, remains to be seen.

I take supplements. An organic multi vitamin, iodine, as well as my ‘greens’. But I also treat it as the name implies. It’s a Supplement to the diet, not to take the place of eating real food.

That's definitely key to understand. Vitamins/supplements are not a replacement for real food.

I do take cranberry pills. Cranberry has been recommended to help keep away UTI's. Also, the cranberry pills also have vitamin C in them which helps with your immune system.

I take one a day gummies after my supper and Yaeyama chlorella pills before breakfast, seems to keep me going well.

Looks like I will be adding L-Glutamin to my supplemental intake. I ran 12 miles on Sunday - I do not want to be hit with that kind of soreness ever again.

I only take vitamin C tablets as my supplement. Regardless, I still eat some citrus fruits to make my immune system stronger.

I take a multi-vitamin table daily. I also take Chinese herbal supplement such as Ling Zhi.
