Dogs Can Smell Cancer

Animals have amazing intuitions that us humans may never be able to understand. I heard recently that there were practically no wild animals killed in the tsunami. They all fled to higher ground before the tsunami hit. There was a national park in Sri Lanka where 57 workers died from the tsunami but no animal bodies were found. The animals escaped death and injury by running to the hill tops.

Well we all know animals sense danger. We're talking about them sensing medical conditions.

Those are dangers too though... Being able to smell cancer might be nice for the whole natural selection thing:dontknow:

Truly is incredible. I heard about a story once a few months back and I was really surprised, because after all, a dog has better smell, but who knew it could smell cancer? Great story; thanks for the share.
