What exactly is drop-shipping business?
It's where you create an online store without having to deal with any actual physical products and shipping.
You create a brand, a site, sell online, etc. but someone else takes care of the 'order fulfillment' - warehousing, shipping, etc.
Essentially what Ashlynn mentioned @Demon_skeith. You only have to worry about selling products on whatever platform you use. You don't store or hold any of the actual products
I wanted to get into the dropshipping but it seems like the overall structure is not good for me. And I may have to invest into something that could end up loss. So I need to have enough funds to invest into it. I am holding onto this part for now.
I started a dropshipping business a couple of years ago. It did not cost me anything to create a dropshipping store but I had to spend $200 on marketing. I only sold 2 products. It was a big loss and I had to shut it down.
What were you selling?
Never heard of this expression - drop shipping. Can someone explain please?
