Why yes. Yes I do. I make my own employees take one in fact.

Usually it won't affect my opinion no matter how it goes during the test so long as the person aced the interview.

I think you can spot a druggy just by looking at them.
If they smoke weed or something else at a party or wherever, why should that stop them from getting a job? Its sad that a dangerous alcoholic can get a job over someone who rarely indulges in other things who probably might be more responsible and reliable.
I dont do any drugs so I dont have to worry about a drug test but Im just saying. It seems like its none of the employer's business. As long as the person can maintain a non druggy appearance and do their job well, then it shouldnt matter.

If someone can be responsible during the work place and around the area of the workplace, then whatever they do outside in there own life is private and they can do whatever.
