The Scottish village of Dull, which last year unofficially twinned with the US town of Boring, could now be set to link up with Bland, Australia.

Tourism officials in Bland Shire, New South Wales, hope to turn its fortunes around by creating a trinity of tedium with Dull, Perthshire, and Boring, Oregon.

I fail to see how this will bring in a lot of tourism.
Though I'm sure some people will visit just to take a picture with a sign of the town's name.
