or....and i know this is a very british thing that you lot dont understand

baked beans on toast....maybe with a fried egg on top

Lemon chicken, rice and corn.

Season the chicken, toss it on the George Foreman grill. Let the rice cook with a couple chicken bullion cubes in one pan, let the corn (from a can) cook in some butter, salt & pepper in another pan.

All 3 things should be done in about 15/20 minutes. Easy peezy.
