I’m aiming to improve my nutrition by incorporating healthy foods like peas, strawberries, and blueberries.

I also want to include ginger in my diet due to its numerous health benefits. Ginger contains compounds that can aid digestion, reduce inflammation, and alleviate pain. Additionally, it is a good source of vitamins and minerals.

Unfortunately, I don't like ginger. I've tried to mix it with scrambled eggs however, it just tastes disgusting. Does anyone know a way I could mix ginger in with something else and still enjoy what I'm eating?

If you want to hide the taste, I highly recommend looking into Asian recipes. Ginger is used a lot in Asian cooking, and because it is usually mixed with other strong flavours, you don't actually taste the plain ginger at all. Ginger tea is usually the easiest way to have it, but since you hate the taste, that probably won't work for you. And honestly, mixing it into scrambled eggs sounds pretty awful, so I can completely understand why you didn't enjoy that.

A lot of my friends are Asian, have you tried their Ginger tea blends? There's a lot of soup recipes with ginger in them, but I can't help remembering all of the food names.

I've tried the Vietnamese Braised Duck recipe, it's delicious.
