Pre-med is pre-medical, means you are getting a four year degree at an undergraduate college with the intention of applying to medical schools where you will study to become a licensed doctor.

Yeah, a medical doctor or physician.

And I'm not sure yet, although I have a feeling I might specialize. Really don't know yet though, I've got at least eight years to decide that though.

Just high school. Had a kid and needed to go to work right away after I graduated. Now that she is 7 and things have settled down, I am planning on going to a Vocational School in a couple months to get certified to work in the HVAC/R field. Thats the plan for now.

I take it a Vocational School is what we in England call a college? If so, I completed 2 years at college doing Business Administration.

vocational school is also called a trade school or a technical school. They offer you training to get certifications that some jobs require.

College will get you a degree. Vocational school wont.

I graduated Bachelor of Science in Information Technology last year and I am lucky to land a job which is related to the course I've taken.
