Eggplant

So I was grocery shopping today and while in the produce section I bought an eggplant. I havent ate eggplant in years. I figured I would google a recipe to figure out what to do with it..

Do you like eggplant? Know of any good dishes to put it in?

I like eggplant. We normally put it in stir-frys or rice dishes.
