Just got some fresh and hot!

Do you like eggrolls?

I love eggrolls! I dont like the ones they sell at this donut shot I go to sometimes. They have really good donuts but they just pop frozen eggrolls from a bag into the microwave! Bleh

I love egg rolls too! There's a Chinese Restaurant not far from me that makes the best I've ever had. They also give you a container of special sauce to dip them in. Now I'm dying for one!!!!

Are egg rolls different to spring rolls?

I had often wondered myself- did a little research. It is not really the filling- there a slight varietions but I have had egg rolls without meat and spring rolls with meat. The difference is the wrapper they are in. Egg rolls use a egg noodle dough and spring rolls use a very much thinner rice based wrapper. Egg rolls are thought to be Chinese and spring rolls are Vietnamese or Thai. Spring rolls are called Summer rolls when they have not been fried though!

Okay. Thank you  The answers no if they're the vegetable ones. I presume they don't taste that much different from spring rolls. Just a little eggy lol.
