What forum(s) should every forum have?

For example, maybe every forum should have a feedback section, regardless of the type or genre.

I agree with you on that. Several forums I've been to in the past refuse to add one because they don't want it to receive more attention than the others, since they're related to a particular subject, but I say it keeps people from going off-topic in a thread, versus saving it for the general discussion forum.

Lets say I joined a forum about car repair. What will I do when I dont need any advice? Leave? If there was a general discussion section, I'd probably log in more often.

Speedy loading times. Cause if you're on a forum that's slow. Then why want to be a part of that?

I enjoy a chit chat forum where you can just say hello or talk about things that don't belong on other forums. I also like forums that have a shout out box where again you can just talk to each other and shoot the bull

Our hosts says its against the Acceptable Use Policy to install a chat box because it eats up too much resources on servers.

I suppose if I got one that is hosted elsewhere.. Like http://www.shoutmix.com/ then it would be fine.

Forum Information Section. A place for staff to announce new changes and happenings with their forum.

Prologue,News, and General Discussion just seem to me as a must, I guess you can be okay without a prologue though.
