euthanize violent animals?

In most jurisdictions, "every dog gets one bite", but a repeat offender of unprovoked attacks, or something like a cat that hates everything else in the world, and when said conditions are not developed as a response to abuse or a condition such as illness or injury, may have to be destroyed to prevent further injury.
In Delaware, I knew some of the volunteers at a "No Kill" shelter. But, even they admitted that there are some animals that just will not adapt to a humane environment, and a couple of them had the scars to prove it, and they had to ship the animals out to a facility that would 'put them to sleep'.
You may not like it, but it is reality.
