Things get really hard sometimes.

Have you ever just flipped shit and lost control because of things at your job or in your personal life? Ever gotten to that point where you're really sick of the shit you get from people?

Depends on what you mean by melt down? I mean, I've yelled at my husband, but he knows how to make me mad. Have I lost it with a stranger? Not really. I can usually restrain myself.

I have a few times had a meltdown when things have gotten on top of me and I feel like I am drowning. I don't yell at anyone even though I feel like I could, instead, I tend to break down, cry and want to be left alone.

This year has been one of those years I have had that happen a few times due to certain issues.

It happened to me with my last company during the pandemic. They did not accept my reasons for not working due to illness. So, I decided to end my contract with them. However, they asked me to go back two days ago. I accepted it as a backup online job.
