PunBB was the original version of the software, but FluxBB is a fork of PunBB. I'm curious if anyone here has ever used it before. It doesn't seem to be well known, there's only been one forum I ever lurked that used FluxBB. (It's a Pokemon hacking forum.) It's a lightweight software so it's missing features such as a private messaging system out of the box, and you'll need to add lots of modifications to make it similar to other software such as MyBB. I think it's fine for those who need a lightweight message board alongside their website.
