Someone should make a forum like that. Of course it would be a disaster area, maybe that could be the name

To prevent some problems you can't post (or moderate) in the Rules forum and you can't moderate the Introductions forum. (Otherwise we won't even know who said hi
)
As for the moderator tools, on each page there's a link called [ Moderator Control Panel ], from there you can do most things. At the bottom of each post is also a button labelled Edit and a button with a ? on it. Edit should be self explanatory... but the ? button allows you to lock a post (prevent others from editing it, though I don't think it stops administrators) and change the poster (which is why you aren't allowed to moderate the intros
).
