After being diagnosed as pre-diabetic by my GP, I have to be careful with what I eat, my sugar levels and exercising a lot more than before. I have invested this month in a home stationary bike that I ride daily, go out walking when the weather permits and do breathing exercises. I also have cut down my sugar intake as well as my carbs too. And you personally? Do you have diabetes, high sugar levels or not in your eyes?
 
As an indian and living with my parents, it is really hard to take less carbs.
 
I have been super lazy and eating bad lately. Going to change that though, going to cut down on the carbs and I'll hop on the elliptical right after work daily starting tomorrow (August 1st).

As far as I know, I don't have diabetes or any related blood sugar level problems. I only have tears in my eyes. Tears of sadness.
 
I have been bad about it but I am down about 55 lbs total so far and want another 50 to go or so.

I work out and track my macros. I track what I eat and just generally eat smaller protions but don't starve my self. I maintain about 2200 calories a day.

Not really no. I just eat them in moderation.
I was going to try to get back into keto this week but we've had all sorts of work lunches lately. Co-workers want to go out to eat on Friday too.

That's fair but you could always bring a keto friendly lunch with you and then when you go out to eat be mindful of what you are eating and try your best to be as close to keto as you possibly can.

After this Friday I don't think there is going to be anymore work functions for a while so I'll start on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. :D
