Anyway, so I was doing what I did down there and my friend just took that photo on his phone seemingly at random. We cropped out the smoke in my left hand and lo and behold, my favorite photo ever taken.
It doesn't speak too highly of my face/eyes/etc. But even so. It's 'arty'.

In my opinion, the best pictures are random where you photograph a person who's unaware their picture is being taken. These type of pictures capture the person in a natural state and not looking poised. In your picture, you look kind of tired and deep in thought.
