lol I used to draw up until I was in the 9th grade. My art teacher was so hateful to me about it that I developed a mental block. I don't draw anything anymore.

Pick up a pen/pencil and doodle it up! That'll show that art teacher!

Not different to me, several people in my family have bipolar disorder.

Always nice to hear I'm not alone in this fight. Having bipolar is what primarily makes me stray away from relationships because I feel I'll be severely judged for it.

My mother had it. Growing up with her was a struggle sometimes but I understood bipolar and knew when she was being manic or having an episode so I didn't take things personally.

I'm pretty stable right now due to being on medication, but occasionally I'll have periods of depression that makes me feel like it's never going to end. I hope if I ever find the right woman, she will understand mental health issues and how they can affect the brain.

My moms problem is that she refused to take her medication most of the time.

Hopefully you will find the right woman who understands! Or if you find someone who also has bipolar, you will be able to better understand each other.

I took myself off of medication a few times without the doctor's authorization, which was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. I think your brain is more messed up when you take yourself off of such medications than if you were never on them, to begin with.

Yeah, I'm sure there are a lot of women out there that would understand or also have the illness just like me.
