I've been fortunate that I haven't had this happen to me......yet.
My ex wife had this problem due to heart problems and unstable blood pressure because she was over weight and obese. So she had a weight loss surgery that was very successful. Once she lost 250 some lbs, her heart and blood pressure issues ceased to exist.
