If it's directed at any democracy then you gotta be kidding me... There are enough countries, like Belgium for example, where religion is not a big thing anymore so calling us a Theocracy is ridiculous.

Not sure... you'll have to ask the person... but I think he was referring to the US allowing religions to rule a state or religion-ruled states in America (like the Utah). And everything isn't perfect anywhere in this aspect either.

Because it's made by mankind... so it's only in our "imagination". Especially stuff like ideologies. Ideologies are fake and only "imaginary", so "imagined" by humans, thus fake and an illusion also.
And democracy is an ideology, such like totalitarianism/utopia and etc.

So yes, ideologies are indeed "ideal" (idealism) but when the idealism is then put in practice (executed, run) it immediately become real...
